2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you decide to share with us through the forms on the site (name, email and message). In addition, and only if you give your consent, we obtain technical browsing information (approximate country, device, pages visited) through analytics and advertising cookies.
3. Purposes
The data is used to respond to your enquiries, assess your interest in investment opportunities, improve the site, measure the performance of our communications and comply with the legal obligations applicable in Bolivia, including those derived from Law No. 164 on Telecommunications and the regulations issued by the Financial System Supervisory Authority (ASFI).
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your explicit consent, on the execution of a pre-contractual relationship initiated by you and, where applicable, on the fulfilment of legal obligations applicable in Bolivian territory.

We do not sell or transfer personal data. We may only share it with technology providers acting as data processors (hosting, email delivery, advertising measurement via Google Ads and Google Analytics 4) under agreements that guarantee the same level of protection required in Bolivia.
